API Key Usage:

• API keys are rate-limited to prevent abuse of our platform.


• We use sophisticated technology to monitor API key usage for signs of abuse (e.g., bot activity, excessive requests).


• If an API key is suspected of abuse, it will be quarantined for up to 48 hours. If the abuse continues, the API key will be suspended indefinitely.


• Due to the random nature of API keys and our lack of knowledge about who purchased or uses them, all suspended API keys will be permanently unusable. We will not engage in discussions about refunds for suspended API keys.


• It is solely your responsibility to keep your API key secure and your computer free from viruses or spyware that could compromise your browser’s local storage, where the API key is stored.

Fair Use:

While we encourage sharing the benefits of our platform, we ask that each individual purchases their own API key. For example, if you let your mom use your API key, it likely won’t trigger a suspension, but we’d appreciate the purchase of an API key for everyone, including Mom.

Prohibited Activities:

• Do not use our platform for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.


• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our services.


• Do not share your API key with others in a way that violates these terms.

Disclaimer of Liability:

Our platform is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms:

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via a large red banner on our website/chatbot for 4 weeks (which you can hide) and announce the change on social media one day before implementation.
